His father, restaurateur Victor Rallo, Sr., instilled a passion for perfection not only in cuisine and drink, but in impeccable service and constant improvement. Vic left the legal profession to return to the kitchen where his roots hold fast. He now owns and operates two of the east coast’s best and most beloved Italian restaurants: Undici Taverna Rustica in Rumson, NJ and Birravino’s in Red Bank, NJ. His establishments continually receive accolades for their food, wine and beer excellence. Among the awards:
