Rolls of Parma ham and asparagus – Show 309
Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 18 asparagus
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • 6 slices of thinly sliced cheese
  • Flakes of Parmigiano cheese
  • A few flakes of butter
Instructions
Procedure
  1. Boil the asparagus in abundant salted water for 1 minute and leave to cool in the water. Place a slice of Parma ham on the working surface , cover with a slice of cheese, place three asparagus at the center leaving only the tips out and roll together delicately.
  2. Place the rolls on a baking tin covered with oven paper , very close together, strew with flakes of Parmigiano cheese and butter and bake for 8/10 minutes , in hot oven, at 140°C/284 °F.
  3. In order to facilitate the baking and avoid the roll to break, position it on the tin with the fold closure facing downwards.
  4. A Spring version of the typical and tasty ham and cheese rolls. A smooth taste with all qualities of the asparagus , rich in vitamin A and B , with high contents of potassium.
